Photodocufy services are used in construction progress monitoring and construction, BIM and MEP documentation. Learn about the technologies we use.
3D Panoramic Photography
360° panoramic construction progress photos document construction changes over time. One panoramic photograph typically replaces 8-11 conventional photographs. Monitor construction and verify changes without visiting the construction site.
3D Laser Scanning
3D laser surveys (lidar) can be used in conjunction with, or as an alternative to, traditional surveying. Laser surveying captures measurements in 3 dimensions and provides millimetre precision.
3D Modelling Services (Revit, Tekla)
Photodocufy provides Revit and Tekla modelling services. Precise 2D and 3D models are created using 3D laser scan point cloud data.
Point Cloud to BIM
Using 3D laser scan data, we create precise 3D models in Revit or Tekla. Models contain precise measurement data and can be used in BIM documentation.
UAV Surveying / Drone Mapping
Reduce aerial surveying costs with UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) surveying and drone mapping services. UAV surveying is appropriate for surveys of up to several square kilometres. UAV surveys and mapping provide accurate results that are similar to those obtained from traditional aerial surveys.
